Description

Buffalo Chicken Cheese Bake is a spicy and creamy casserole combining shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, and plenty of melted cheese for a crowd-pleasing dish.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Optional: celery sticks and extra ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Grease a 9ร—9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce until well coated.
  3. In another bowl, combine softened cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth.
  4. Mix the cream cheese mixture into the Buffalo chicken until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve warm with celery sticks and extra dressing if desired.
