- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Optional: celery sticks and extra ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Grease a 9ร9-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce until well coated.
- In another bowl, combine softened cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth.
- Mix the cream cheese mixture into the Buffalo chicken until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve warm with celery sticks and extra dressing if desired.
