A delicious and spicy appetizer that combines shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and cheese, all wrapped in flaky biscuit dough.

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- Ranch dressing (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Assemble the Bombs:
- Flatten each biscuit dough round into a 4-inch circle.
- Spoon a small amount of the buffalo chicken mixture into the center of each dough circle.
- Add a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken filling.
- Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges together to seal completely.
- Bake: Place the bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve: Once out of the oven, sprinkle the bombs with blue cheese crumbles. Serve immediately with ranch dressing on the side.
Notes
- For extra flavor, use rotisserie chicken.
- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce according to your spice preference.
