Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven and preheat for at least 1 hour.
- Cook the Chicken:
- In a small oiled pan over medium heat, cook the bite-sized chicken cubes until golden brown. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of buffalo sauce and set aside.
- Prepare the Pizza Dough:
- Roll out the pizza dough to form a 12-inch crust. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the dough.
- Transfer to Pizza Peel:
- Dust a pizza peel with flour to prevent sticking. Carefully transfer the rolled-out dough onto the peel and coat it with buffalo sauce, leaving about a ½-inch border around the edges.
- Add Toppings:
- Evenly distribute the cooked chicken, fresh mozzarella slices, red onion, and jalapeño slices (if using) over the buffalo sauce-coated dough.
- Bake the Pizza:
- Carefully slide the pizza from the peel onto the preheated pizza stone in the oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Serve:
- Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
