Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and buffalo sauce until smooth.
  2. Stir in the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lay out the flour tortillas and divide the chicken mixture evenly among them.
  4. Spread the filling evenly over each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  5. Tightly roll up each tortilla, then wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  6. Remove from fridge, unwrap, and slice each roll-up into 1-inch pieces. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
