- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and buffalo sauce until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay out the flour tortillas and divide the chicken mixture evenly among them.
- Spread the filling evenly over each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
- Tightly roll up each tortilla, then wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Remove from fridge, unwrap, and slice each roll-up into 1-inch pieces. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
