- 1 lb cooked shredded chicken
- ½ cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large hoagie rolls
- ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Chicken Filling: In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Mix until creamy.
- Prepare the Hoagie Rolls: Slice hoagie rolls lengthwise without cutting all the way through. Brush outsides with melted butter.
- Stuff the Rolls: Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture into each hoagie roll and top with remaining cheeses.
- Bake: Place stuffed rolls on the baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is golden.
- Serve: Let cool for a minute, garnish with parsley, slice, and serve hot.
