Your new game-day favorite! These delicious subs are packed with shredded chicken, spicy buffalo sauce, and cheesy goodness, making them perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked shredded chicken
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large hoagie rolls
  • ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the Chicken Filling: In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Mix until creamy.
  • Prepare the Hoagie Rolls: Slice hoagie rolls lengthwise without cutting all the way through. Brush outsides with melted butter.
  • Stuff the Rolls: Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture into each hoagie roll and top with remaining cheeses.
  • Bake: Place stuffed rolls on the baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is golden.
  • Serve: Let cool for a minute, garnish with parsley, slice, and serve hot.
