- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
- 1 packet Buffalo Wing Cheese Ball Mix, divided
- 2 cups prepared and shredded Makin’ Magic Chicken, thawed if frozen
- ½ (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 (14 ounce) packages pre-baked pizza crust (such as Boboli®)
- ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
- 3 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella & provolone cheese blend
- Optional toppings: sliced green onions, chopped tomatoes, cooked and crumbled bacon
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Prepare Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of Buffalo Wing Cheese Ball Mix. Mix well. Add the shredded chicken to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Set aside.
- Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In another medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and the remaining Buffalo Wing Cheese Ball Mix. Mix vigorously until well combined.
- Assemble Pizza: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the pre-baked pizza crusts. Top with the coated chicken, crumbled blue cheese, and shredded mozzarella & provolone cheese blend.
- Bake Pizza: Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the pizza reaches your desired level of doneness.
- Add Toppings and Serve: Remove from the oven and top with optional toppings like sliced green onions, chopped tomatoes, or cooked and crumbled bacon if desired. Slice and serve.
Notes
- For a milder version, reduce the amount of Buffalo Wing Cheese Ball Mix or omit optional toppings.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven for best results.
