Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup cooked ground beef or chicken (optional)
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup sour cream (for serving)
- 1/4 cup salsa (for serving)
- 1/4 cup guacamole (for serving)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing the Bundt pan)
- Jalapeño slices (optional, for extra heat)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a Bundt pan with olive oil or non-stick spray to prevent the nachos from sticking.
- Start by layering tortilla chips around the bottom of the Bundt pan, creating a base layer. Then, sprinkle with a small amount of cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
- Add additional layers of tortilla chips, followed by ground beef or chicken (if using), black beans, black olives, diced tomatoes, green onions, and a mix of cheeses. Repeat the layers until the Bundt pan is full, making sure to finish with a layer of cheese on top.
- Cover the Bundt pan with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to allow the cheese to become slightly golden.
- Carefully remove the Bundt pan from the oven and allow the nachos to cool for a few minutes. To serve, gently turn the Bundt pan over onto a serving plate to release the nachos into a beautiful, circular shape.
- Serve with sour cream, salsa, guacamole, and jalapeño slices on the side. Enjoy!
Notes
- You can customize the toppings to suit your taste, such as adding jalapeños, corn, or shredded lettuce after baking.
- For a vegetarian version, omit the meat and add extra beans, vegetables, or plant-based protein.
- This dish is perfect for a group or family gathering, and it’s an easy way to serve nachos without the mess!
