Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives (for eyes and nose)
  • 1 small red bell pepper (for the bunny’s mouth and cheeks)
  • 1 small cucumber (for bunny’s whiskers and ears)
  • 1 medium carrot (for the bunny’s nose)
  • Fresh parsley or basil (for decoration)
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  2. Prepare the Pizza Dough:
Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to form a large circle or oval shape. Transfer the dough to your prepared baking sheet.

  3. Form the Bunny Shape:
Gently shape the pizza dough into an oval shape for the bunny’s face. You can either use a template or freehand the bunny shape with your dough. For the bunny’s ears, shape two elongated pieces of dough and position them on top of the main body of the pizza to create the ears.

  4. Spread Pizza Sauce:
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges to form the crust.

  5. Add the Cheese:
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce, ensuring the entire surface is covered.

  6. Create the Bunny’s Face:

    • Use slices of black olives to form the bunny’s eyes (two circles) and nose (a small dot in the center).
    • Cut a thin slice of red bell pepper to form the bunny’s mouth, curving it slightly below the nose.
    • Use small pieces of red bell pepper for the bunny’s cheeks, placing them on either side of the mouth.
    • For the bunny’s whiskers, cut thin strips of cucumber and arrange them around the face.
  7. Create the Bunny’s Ears:
Place slices of cucumber at the top of the pizza dough, shaped into long bunny ears. You can also use carrot slices for the inner part of the ears to make it more colorful.

  8. Bake the Pizza:
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  9. Finishing Touches:
After removing the pizza from the oven, brush the crust with olive oil to give it a nice shine and flavor. Garnish with fresh parsley or basil for extra color and flavor.

  10. Serve:
Slice and serve your adorable Bunny Pizza! Enjoy this fun and tasty creation with your loved ones.
