Deliciously buttery croissants filled with creamy Havarti cheese, roasted turkey, and a hint of sweetness from apricot jelly and honey mustard, topped with microgreens and everything bagel seasoning.

- 4 large croissants, sliced
- 8 slices creamy Havarti cheese
- 16 slices deli turkey, roasted or smoked
- 4 teaspoons apricot jelly or jam
- 4 teaspoons honey mustard
- ½ cup microgreens
- 2 tablespoons melted garlic butter
- Everything Bagel seasoning
- Honey drizzle
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Assemble Croissants: Spread 1 teaspoon of apricot jelly or jam on one half of each croissant and 1 teaspoon of honey mustard on the other half.
- Add Fillings: Place 2 slices of Havarti cheese on one half and 4 slices of turkey on the other half of each croissant. Sprinkle microgreens over the turkey halves and close each sandwich.
- Brush and Season: Brush the tops with melted garlic butter, sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning, and drizzle with honey.
- Bake: Place croissants on a baking sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
