Description

Deliciously buttery croissants filled with creamy Havarti cheese, roasted turkey, and a hint of sweetness from apricot jelly and honey mustard, topped with microgreens and everything bagel seasoning.


Ingredients

  • 4 large croissants, sliced
  • 8 slices creamy Havarti cheese
  • 16 slices deli turkey, roasted or smoked
  • 4 teaspoons apricot jelly or jam
  • 4 teaspoons honey mustard
  • ½ cup microgreens
  • 2 tablespoons melted garlic butter
  • Everything Bagel seasoning
  • Honey drizzle

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Assemble Croissants: Spread 1 teaspoon of apricot jelly or jam on one half of each croissant and 1 teaspoon of honey mustard on the other half.
  • Add Fillings: Place 2 slices of Havarti cheese on one half and 4 slices of turkey on the other half of each croissant. Sprinkle microgreens over the turkey halves and close each sandwich.
  • Brush and Season: Brush the tops with melted garlic butter, sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning, and drizzle with honey.
  • Bake: Place croissants on a baking sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
