5 cups chopped green cabbage (about 1 medium head)

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or parsley, plus more for serving
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add ground beef to the skillet; cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, ground cinnamon, and granulated sugar. Bring to a simmer.

Add chopped cabbage to the skillet; stir to combine. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender, about 20–25 minutes.
