Description
Cajun Corn On The Cob is a spicy, buttery twist on a classic side dish. Bursting with bold flavors from Cajun seasoning and rich garlic butter, this grilled or roasted corn is perfect for summer cookouts or any meal that needs a flavorful kick.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 ears fresh corn, husked
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
- Lime wedges (for serving, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat or preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) if roasting.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Cajun seasoning, and minced garlic until well combined.
- Brush each ear of corn generously with the Cajun butter mixture.
- Grill corn for about 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until slightly charred and tender. If roasting, place corn on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, turning once halfway through.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley, if using.
- Serve hot with lime wedges on the side for an extra zesty touch.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning based on your spice preference.
- For extra creaminess, sprinkle with grated Parmesan or cotija cheese just before serving.
- This recipe also works well with frozen corn on the cob—just thaw before grilling or roasting.
