Description

Cajun Corn On The Cob is a spicy, buttery twist on a classic side dish. Bursting with bold flavors from Cajun seasoning and rich garlic butter, this grilled or roasted corn is perfect for summer cookouts or any meal that needs a flavorful kick.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears fresh corn, husked
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • Lime wedges (for serving, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat or preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) if roasting.
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Cajun seasoning, and minced garlic until well combined.
  3. Brush each ear of corn generously with the Cajun butter mixture.
  4. Grill corn for about 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until slightly charred and tender. If roasting, place corn on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, turning once halfway through.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley, if using.
  6. Serve hot with lime wedges on the side for an extra zesty touch.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning based on your spice preference.
  • For extra creaminess, sprinkle with grated Parmesan or cotija cheese just before serving.
  • This recipe also works well with frozen corn on the cob—just thaw before grilling or roasting.
