Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine
  • 1 lobster tail, cooked and chopped
  • 8 oz crab meat
  • 1 salmon fillet, cooked and flaked
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain.
  • In a large skillet, combine heavy cream, garlic, and Cajun seasoning over medium heat.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Add lobster, crab, and salmon, cooking until heated through.
