- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven/Grill:
- Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C).
- Grill: Heat to medium-high.
- Prepare Ingredients:
- Rub the Cajun seasoning evenly over the salmon fillets and shrimp.
- Cook the Salmon:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add salmon fillets to the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the Shrimp:
- In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Baking Method (if using oven):
- Place the salmon and shrimp on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Finish:
- Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve:
- Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
