Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of your choice
  • 1 lb lobster tails, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat, lump or imitation
  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and boneless
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. 1️⃣ Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving about ½ cup of pasta water.

    2️⃣ Cook the Salmon
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
Season the salmon fillet with salt, pepper, and a pinch of Cajun seasoning.
Cook the salmon for 3-4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through and flaky. Remove from the skillet, flake into bite-sized pieces, and set aside.

3️⃣ Cook the Lobster and Crab
In the same skillet, add the lobster and crab meat. Heat for 2-3 minutes until warmed through. Remove and set aside.

4️⃣ Make the Cajun Alfredo Sauce
In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well.
Add the Cajun seasoning, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 4-5 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5️⃣ Combine the Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of the reserved pasta water to reach your desired consistency.

    6️⃣ Add the Seafood
Gently fold in the flaked salmon, lobster, and crab into the pasta, stirring until evenly distributed and coated with the sauce.

    7️⃣ Serve
Top the pasta with grated Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges for added brightness, if desired.

Notes

  • If you prefer, you can use frozen lobster tails or crab meat. Just make sure to thaw them properly before using.
  • Feel free to adjust the level of Cajun seasoning depending on how spicy you want the dish.
  • You can substitute the salmon for other seafood, such as shrimp, if you prefer.
