- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb steak, cubed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain.
- In a skillet, cook steak until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add shrimp and garlic, cooking until shrimp turns pink. Stir in Cajun seasoning.
- Add heavy cream and Parmesan, stirring until combined. Return steak to skillet.
- Toss fettuccine in the sauce and serve garnished with green onions.
