Description

A no-bake dessert with layers of graham crackers, creamy vanilla pudding, cinnamon-spiced apples, and topped with luscious caramel sauce. This easy, indulgent treat is perfect for fall gatherings or a quick dessert fix.

  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 34 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 sleeves graham crackers
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes.
  • Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping, cinnamon, and nutmeg until fully combined.
  • In a small bowl, toss the diced apples with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  • In a 9×13-inch baking dish, arrange a single layer of graham crackers, breaking them as needed to fit.
  • Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers. Evenly sprinkle half of the diced apples over the pudding layer.
  • Add another layer of graham crackers on top, followed by the remaining pudding mixture and apples.
  • For the final layer, add another layer of graham crackers and pour the caramel sauce over the top, spreading it evenly.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the graham crackers to soften.
  • Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

For best results, chill overnight to enhance the flavors and texture.
