Description

Tender and flavorful lamb chops seared to perfection and paired with aromatic rosemary and sweet grapes for a deliciously unique dish that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lamb chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 cup grapes (red or green, halved)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Lamb Chops: Season the lamb chops with salt, pepper, and chopped rosemary.
  • Heat Oil: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Sear the Lamb: Add the lamb chops to the skillet and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  • Sauté the Grapes: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and halved grapes. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the grapes are softened and slightly caramelized.
  • Serve: Serve the lamb chops topped with the grape mixture and lemon wedges on the side

Notes

  • Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the lamb chops.
  • For extra flavor, marinate the lamb chops in rosemary, garlic, and olive oil for a few hours before cooking.
