Description

This festive Shamrock Fudge is a sweet treat to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day! With vibrant green swirls and a rich, creamy texture, it’s the perfect no-bake dessert for your St. Patrick’s Day celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup green candy melts (or food coloring)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fudge Base: In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter, stirring constantly until smooth. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  2. Divide the Fudge: Pour half of the white chocolate mixture into a separate bowl. Add the green candy melts or food coloring to one bowl and mix well to achieve a vibrant green color.
  3. Layer the Fudge: In an 8×8-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper, pour the white fudge mixture first. Then, layer the green fudge mixture on top, creating a swirl effect by gently swirling with a knife or toothpick.
  4. Set the Fudge: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Serve and Decorate: Once set, cut the fudge into squares and top with mini chocolate chips or additional green sprinkles, if desired.

Notes

  • For a stronger green color, add more food coloring to the green fudge mixture until you reach the desired shade.
  • You can also add a pinch of sea salt to the fudge for a salted caramel flavor twist.
