- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup half-and-half or heavy cream
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 package (about 24) mini phyllo or pastry shells
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, half-and-half, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Stir in crab meat, shrimp, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
- Place mini pastry shells on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the filling evenly into each shell, filling almost to the top.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the filling is set and lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

- Use fresh or canned crab meat depending on availability.
- Substitute cream with milk for a lighter version.
- Add chopped fresh herbs like dill or parsley for extra flavor.
