- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups (200g) cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
- 1 cup (100g) pecans, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese and mix until evenly incorporated.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- After chilling, gather the mixture into a ball shape using greased hands if necessary.
- Roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans, pressing gently to coat evenly.
- Serve at room temperature with crackers.
