Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
