Description
Cheeseburger Quesadilla combines seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and classic burger toppings sandwiched between crispy tortillas for a quick and delicious meal.

- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Optional: sliced tomatoes and shredded lettuce for serving
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter, for cooking
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with diced onion until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Season beef with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well and remove from heat.
- Lay one tortilla flat in a clean skillet over medium heat and sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over it.
- Spread half of the cooked beef over the cheese, then sprinkle chopped pickles, drizzle ketchup and mustard over the beef.
- Top with additional cheese and then cover with a second tortilla.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden and cheese starts to melt, then carefully flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, then slice into wedges.
- Repeat steps for the second quesadilla.
- Serve warm with optional sliced tomatoes and shredded lettuce.
Notes
- Add a dash of hot sauce for a spicy kick.
- Use whole wheat or low-carb tortillas for a healthier version.
- Include sautéed mushrooms or jalapeños for extra flavor.
