- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the squash into 1/4-inch rounds.
- Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over each round.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly & enjoy!

- This recipe can be made with either yellow squash or zucchini, depending on what you have on hand.
