Instructions
- Prepare the Dough:
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast. Add warm water and olive oil, stirring until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll Out the Dough:
- Roll the dough into a 14×9 inch rectangle on a floured surface.
- Add the Filling:
- Spread the BBQ sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Evenly distribute the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, and diced red onion over the sauce.
- Roll and Cut:
- Starting from the long side, roll the dough tightly into a log.
- Cut the roll into 12 equal pieces.
- Let the Rolls Rise:
- Place the rolls into a greased baking dish. Cover and let them rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the pizza rolls for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
