  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Prepare the Dough:
    • In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast. Add warm water and olive oil, stirring until a dough forms.
    • Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  • Roll Out the Dough:
    • Roll the dough into a 14×9 inch rectangle on a floured surface.
  • Add the Filling:
    • Spread the BBQ sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
    • Evenly distribute the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, and diced red onion over the sauce.
  • Roll and Cut:
    • Starting from the long side, roll the dough tightly into a log.
    • Cut the roll into 12 equal pieces.
  • Let the Rolls Rise:
    • Place the rolls into a greased baking dish. Cover and let them rise for 30 minutes.
  • Bake:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the pizza rolls for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
