- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta: Boil a large pot of salted water and cook rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté beef & veggies: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, and bell pepper. Cook until beef is browned and vegetables are tender. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Make sauce: Stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Combine: Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese to sauce. Stir until melted and creamy. Add cooked rigatoni to skillet and toss until fully coated in cheesy sauce.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and more cracked black pepper. Serve hot.
