Description

Deliciously cheesy and perfectly crispy, these cheesy breadsticks are a quick and easy appetizer or snack. Perfectly paired with marinara sauce for dipping, they’re a family favorite that everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough, homemade or store-bought
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle shape on a lightly floured surface.
  • In a small bowl, mix together olive oil and minced garlic.
  • Brush the garlic-infused olive oil evenly over the surface of the pizza dough.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, dried oregano, garlic powder, and salt evenly over the dough.
  • Using a pizza cutter or knife, cut the dough into strips.
  • Twist each strip and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add crushed red pepper flakes or Italian seasoning to the cheese mixture.
