- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper. - Roll Out the Pizza Dough:
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle shape. - Prepare the Garlic Oil:
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and minced garlic. Brush this garlic-infused olive oil evenly over the surface of the pizza dough. - Add Cheese and Seasonings:
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, dried oregano, garlic powder, and salt evenly over the dough. - Cut the Dough:
Using a pizza cutter or knife, cut the dough into strips. - Twist and Place on Baking Sheet:
Twist each strip and place them onto the prepared baking sheet. - Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. - Serve:
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
