Description

Cheesy Chicken Garlic Wraps are savory, satisfying wraps filled with seasoned chicken, melted cheese, and garlicky cream sauce. They’re perfect for quick lunches, meal prep, or a comforting dinner that’s easy to throw together and loaded with flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked shredded or diced chicken
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for pan toasting)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  2. Add cooked chicken, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to warm through and season well. Set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice to make a creamy garlic sauce.
  4. Spread garlic sauce over each tortilla. Add the seasoned chicken mixture and top with shredded cheese.
  5. Roll each tortilla into a wrap or burrito shape.
  6. In a clean skillet, melt butter and toast each wrap seam-side down over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and cheese is melted inside.
  7. Slice in half and serve warm with extra garlic sauce or dipping sauce if desired.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for a time-saving shortcut.
  • Add lettuce, tomatoes, or spinach for freshness and crunch.
  • Spice it up with jalapeños or hot sauce in the filling.
  • Wraps can be made ahead and reheated in the pan or air fryer.
