Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 can (6 oz) lump crab meat, drained and flaked

  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

  • Optional: 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish (9×9-inch or a similar size) with non-stick spray or butter.

  2. Prepare the Dip Mixture:

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses.

    • Stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika until everything is well combined.

  3. Add the Crab Meat:

    • Gently fold in the flaked crab meat, being careful not to break it up too much.

  4. Assemble the Dip:

    • Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

    • (Optional) If you’d like a crispy topping, sprinkle the panko breadcrumbs over the top of the dip.

  5. Bake:

    • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the dip is bubbling around the edges.

  6. Garnish and Serve:

    • Remove the dip from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions.

    • Serve immediately with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a teaspoon of sriracha sauce or some red pepper flakes to the dip mixture.

  • If you want to make this dish ahead of time, you can assemble it and refrigerate it for up to 24 hours before baking. Just bake it right before serving.

  • For an extra creamy texture, you can use half cream cheese and half sour cream.
