Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional Add-ins:

  • Bell peppers, diced
  • Minced garlic
  • Green onions, chopped
  • Frozen peas, carrots, or spinach for extra nutrition

Instructions

  • Cook the Rice: Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Set aside once done.
  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Sauté the Onion: Add diced onion (and any optional veggies) to the skillet and sauté until soft.
  • Prepare the Creamy Sauce: In a bowl, mix together cream of mushroom soup and sour cream.
  • Combine the Ingredients: Stir in cooked rice, ground beef, sautéed onion, and any optional veggies. Season with salt and pepper.
