Description

This easy, budget-friendly Cheesy Kielbasa Hashbrown Casserole is the ultimate comfort food!   • 1 kielbasa sausage, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
  • Optional seasonings: Salt, pepper, minced garlic, onion powder

Instructions

  1. 1️⃣ Prep the Base:
    In a greased slow cooker, layer the diced kielbasa, frozen hashbrowns, onion, and 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.

    2️⃣ Mix the Sauce:
