Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4-inch thickness. Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut the dough into strips about 1-inch wide and 6 inches long.
- Place a few pepperoni slices in the center of each dough strip, then sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Fold the dough strips over the cheese and pepperoni to create little pockets. Pinch the edges to seal them and form stick-like shapes.
- Place the pizza sticks on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they’re spaced apart slightly.
