Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the pulled chicken, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine and heat through, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in salsa or taco sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and sprinkle both cheeses evenly over the chicken. Cover the skillet and cook until the cheese melts, about 3-5 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
- Assemble the tacos by spooning cheesy pulled chicken onto each tortilla.
- Add desired toppings like cilantro, onions, jalapeños, sour cream, and a squeeze of lime.
