These Cheesy Taco Breadsticks are a delicious fusion of taco flavors and breadsticks, perfect for dipping in salsa or guacamole.

- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 lb pizza dough, rolled out into a rectangle
- 1 cup Mexican cheese blend
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salsa, for dipping
- Guacamole, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Sauté onion and garlic in a skillet until soft.
- Add ground beef and taco seasoning, cook until browned.
- Roll out pizza dough and cut into 5 strips.
- Spoon beef and cheese onto dough, fold and seal edges.
- Brush with olive oil, bake for 10 minutes.
- Add more cheese, bake for 5 more minutes.
- Serve warm with salsa and guacamole.
Notes
- For a spicy version, add jalapeños to the filling.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
