Description

Ingredients

  • 4 tostada shells
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (cheddar, Monterey Jack, etc.)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup salsa or your favorite taco sauce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place tostada shells on a baking sheet and sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over each shell.
  3. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Remove from oven and top each tostada with shredded lettuce, salsa, sour cream, diced tomatoes, olives, and cilantro as desired.
  5. Serve immediately.
