- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 potato, grated
- 3 eggs
- 50 mL (1/4 cup) milk
- 130 g (1 cup) flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 10 g baking soda
- 200 g cheese, grated (cheddar or your choice)
Instructions
- Prepare the Batter: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, salt, and baking soda until smooth.
- Add Vegetables and Cheese: Stir in the chopped red bell pepper, green onions, onion, grated potato, and grated cheese until well combined.
- Cook the Fritters: Heat a pan over low heat and transfer the mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly. Cover the pan and cook for about 6 minutes. Carefully flip the fritters and cook for an additional 3 minutes until golden brown.
