Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cinnamon Sugar: In a bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling: Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture. Spoon the filling into a piping bag and refrigerate.
