Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
- Prepare the Ice Cream Filling:
- In a large bowl, mix together the softened cherry ice cream and vanilla ice cream until smooth and well combined.
- Stir in the mini chocolate chips and chopped cherries. Mix until evenly distributed.
- Assemble the Pie:
- Once the graham cracker crust has cooled, spoon the ice cream mixture into the crust. Spread it out evenly with a spatula.
- Drizzle with chocolate fudge sauce if desired for extra richness.
- Freeze the pie for at least 4 hours, or until the ice cream is firm and set.
