For the Chicken Alfredo Stuffing:
- 1 lb grilled chicken, sliced or shredded
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
For the Garlic Bread Subs:
- 4 sub rolls
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Grill or cook the chicken until tender. Slice or shred into bite-sized pieces. Warm the Alfredo sauce in a skillet over medium heat and toss the chicken in the sauce until well coated. Set aside.
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Garlic Bread Subs: Slice the sub rolls open, leaving one side attached. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Brush the inside of each roll with the garlic butter mixture.
- Stuff the Rolls: Fill each sub roll with the chicken Alfredo mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake the Subs: Place the stuffed subs on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Serve: Remove from the oven, garnish with extra parsley, and serve warm.
