For the Chicken Alfredo Stuffing:

  • 1 lb grilled chicken, sliced or shredded
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

For the Garlic Bread Subs:

  • 4 sub rolls
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken: Grill or cook the chicken until tender. Slice or shred into bite-sized pieces. Warm the Alfredo sauce in a skillet over medium heat and toss the chicken in the sauce until well coated. Set aside.
  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the Garlic Bread Subs: Slice the sub rolls open, leaving one side attached. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Brush the inside of each roll with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Stuff the Rolls: Fill each sub roll with the chicken Alfredo mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheese over the top.
  • Bake the Subs: Place the stuffed subs on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  • Serve: Remove from the oven, garnish with extra parsley, and serve warm.
