  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
  • Spread the chicken Alfredo mixture evenly across the prepared casserole dish.
  • Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the chicken mixture.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the layer of tater tots.
  • Place the casserole in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden and crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and allow the casserole to cool slightly. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley, if desired.
