Description

Enjoy a delicious and healthy Chicken Avocado Wrap, packed with tender chicken, creamy avocado, and fresh veggies, all wrapped in a soft tortilla. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner!


Ingredients

  • 2 cooked chicken breasts (sliced or shredded)
  • 2 ripe avocados (sliced)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (or your favorite dressing)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the Ingredients: Cook and slice or shred the chicken breast. Slice the avocado and remove the pit. Dice the tomatoes and shred the lettuce if needed.
  • Warm the Tortillas: Place the flour tortillas on a microwave-safe plate and microwave for 10-15 seconds to warm them up, making them more pliable.
  • Assemble the Wraps: Lay the warm tortillas flat on a clean surface. Add a layer of shredded lettuce to each tortilla, leaving space at the edges. Place sliced or shredded chicken on top of the lettuce. Arrange avocado slices over the chicken, then sprinkle diced tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Season and Dress: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle the ranch dressing or your preferred dressing over the filling ingredients.
  • Wrap Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling. Starting from the bottom, tightly roll the tortilla to form the wrap, fully enclosing the filling.
  • Serve: Place the wraps seam-side down on a serving plate. Slice each wrap in half diagonally for easy serving, if desired.
