Description

These savory Chicken Bundles are creamy, cheesy, and wrapped in flaky crescent rolls, making them the perfect comfort food. Ideal for dinner or as a party appetizer, they’re sure to be a hit with everyone!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Prepare the Filling
    In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
  • Assemble the Bundles
    Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each triangle, then fold the corners up over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a small bundle.
  • Brush with Butter and Add Topping
    Place the bundles on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs if desired.
  • Bake
    Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve
    Serve warm, either as a main dish or as a tasty appetizer!
