Description

Chicken Gloria is a creamy, cheesy baked chicken dish layered with mushrooms and topped with melted cheese. It’s a comforting and flavorful main course perfect for family dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic and mushrooms until tender.
  4. Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and pour heavy cream over them.
  5. Top each chicken breast with the sautéed mushrooms, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is golden and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
