- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 oz egg noodles
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until translucent. Add mushrooms and cook until browned.
- Push veggies to the side, add chicken, and cook until no longer pink.
- Sprinkle flour and paprika over the mixture, stirring well. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring until thickened.
- Lower heat and mix in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over egg noodles, garnished with parsley.

- For added flavor, consider using garlic powder or onion powder.
- Adjust the consistency of the sauce by adding more or less chicken broth.
