Description

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, onion, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  • Form meatballs: Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Cook meatballs: In a large skillet, cook meatballs over medium heat until browned on all sides and cooked through.
  • Add sauce and cheese: Pour marinara sauce over meatballs and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
