- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup mint chutney
- 1/4 cup yogurt (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Warm the parathas on a skillet until soft and slightly crispy.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken tikka with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of mint chutney on each paratha.
- Place a portion of chicken tikka in the center of each paratha.
- Top with sliced onions, cucumber, tomatoes, cilantro, and a spoonful of yogurt if using.
- Roll the paratha tightly to enclose the filling.
- Optionally, toast the rolls lightly on the skillet to seal and warm them.
- Serve immediately with extra chutney or raita.
