Description

Chicken Tikka Paratha Rolls are flavorful Indian wraps featuring spiced grilled chicken tikka wrapped in flaky, crispy parathas with fresh veggies and tangy chutneys. Perfect for a quick meal or party snack!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups boneless chicken tikka, cooked and chopped
  • 4 large parathas (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mint chutney
  • 1/4 cup yogurt (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Warm the parathas on a skillet until soft and slightly crispy.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken tikka with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread a thin layer of mint chutney on each paratha.
  4. Place a portion of chicken tikka in the center of each paratha.
  5. Top with sliced onions, cucumber, tomatoes, cilantro, and a spoonful of yogurt if using.
  6. Roll the paratha tightly to enclose the filling.
  7. Optionally, toast the rolls lightly on the skillet to seal and warm them.
  8. Serve immediately with extra chutney or raita.
