- 1 cup frozen corn kernels

- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup tortilla chips, crushed (for garnish)

Instructions
- Sauté Veggies: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion, garlic, bell pepper, and carrot. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened.
- Add Spices: Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Simmer Soup: Pour in the chicken broth, diced tomatoes (with juices), shredded chicken, corn, and green chilies. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
