Ingredients

  • 10 chicken wings, cut in half
  • 6 mushrooms, sliced
  • Ginger slices (to taste)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • ½ tbsp dark soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken Wings:
    In a bowl, marinate the chicken wings with ginger slices, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, dark soy sauce, and a pinch of salt for 20 minutes.
  2. Cook the Chicken Wings:
    Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken wings skin-side down and fry until both sides are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  3. Add the Mushrooms:
    Once the chicken wings are cooked, add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
