- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 head cabbage, chopped
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add sliced onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in cabbage, carrot, and bell pepper. Cook for another 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well to combine.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to control the spiciness.
- Can substitute chicken with shrimp, beef, or tofu.
