- 1 cup crushed pistachios
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to create a crust.
- In another bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the crushed pistachios on top of the chocolate layer, pressing them down gently.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly soft.
- Let cool completely in the dish before cutting into bars.

- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham cracker crumbs.
