Description

Deliciously indulgent, these Chocolate and Pistachio Bars combine rich chocolate with the delightful crunch of pistachios, creating a sweet treat that’s perfect for any occasion. Easy to make and even easier to enjoy!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed pistachios
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to create a crust.
  • In another bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle the crushed pistachios on top of the chocolate layer, pressing them down gently.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly soft.
  • Let cool completely in the dish before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham cracker crumbs.
